It's rare to see a wild harp seal haul out in Boston's Inner Harbor ... and yet there he is. Hanging out on the snowy dock with some seagulls. The Aquarium's Marine Animal Rescue Team checked this juvenile out and found him to be Bright, Alert and Responsive. So he's healthy ... guess the bright lights and the big city don't bother him.
