A little while ago I wrote a little post about the urban piping plovers on Revere beach in Boston.
Well I had the pleasure to see more plovers today at Indian Wells beach in Amagansett, Long Island. Much like the familiar behavior Susan Carona described to me in the Revere Beach birds, this particular plover approached me!
I wonder if the Hamptonites are feeding the birds?
